years with a parent) Parent participation provides the child with a comfortable introduction into the world of gymnastics. Basic gymnastics skills are introduced, with a focus on motor and social skills. |
Girls Gymnastics (6 years old and up) Gymnasts are taught on all of the Olympic events and trampoline. They will develop and perfect basic gymnastics skills as they gain strength, flexibility, coordination and agility. |

Kids (3 – 5 years old) The first independent class for children, Gym Kids are introduced to the world of gymnastics in a fun and interactive setting. Children learn basic gymnastics skills, while developing motor and social skills. |
Teen Girls Gymnastics (10 years old and up) Older gymnasts are taught on all of the Olympic events and trampoline. They will develop and perfect basic gymnastics skills as they gain strength, flexibility, coordination and agility. This class is designed for beginners and intermediate gymnasts. |

| Super
Kids (4 – 6 years old) Super Kids are developing the basic gymnastics skills at a faster pace. Designed for older Tiny Tumblers, and experienced Tiny Tumblers, the Super Kids will develop the skills needed for Girls Gymnastics & Boys Gymnastics. They will continue to develop the necessary motor skills in a fun social setting. |
Pre-Team (By Invitation Only) Gymnasts will perfect the basic gymnastics skills, and develop the skills necessary to be part of the competitive team. |

| Cheerleading & Tumbling
(14 years old and up) Gymnasts work on basic to advanced tumbling skills on the floor exercise. They will also use the trampolines and spring floor to work on cheerleading jumps. |

NEW: Preschool Dance: Dancing Gym Bears (3 to 5 years old) Children are introduced to basic dance and gymnastics skills in a fun and interactive setting with music and games. |
